Wriggle your Fingers!

“Fine motor” refers to the movements we make with the small muscles of
the hands, usually in coordination with the eyes
Doing activities that involve fine motor movements are an essential part of children’s
development. It is important to give children toys and activities
that strengthen their hand muscles.
Toys and materials that require a child to manipulate them with their fingers and hands
can be categorised as a manipulative. As children refine their motor skills, they
are able to help themselves by completing daily activities independently.
